central location friendly staff daily housekeeping
The location was central! everything was within walking distance. the staff was friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out. the room was clean and well kept. I appreciated the daily housekeeping service.
The parking lot was a bit narrow. It was challenging to maneuver my car. i drove a midsized suv and had to be extra careful, i wish there was more space for larger vehicles.

Awesome Hotel Near Grand Place!
helpful staff unbeatable location comfortable bed
I found the staff helpful and accommodating they quickly addressed all my needs. The location is unbeatable a short walk lands you right in Grand Place. I slept soundly each night because the beds are wonderfully comfortable offering great support
The sound isolation in my room was poor I could clearly hear noise from adjacent rooms and hallway traffic which sometimes interrupted my sleep

good coffee tea supply plentiful shower products working air conditioning
the room had a good supply of coffee and tea. it also had plentiful shower products. the air conditioning worked very well and kept the room cool. the room was quiet. it was very restful.
the bathroom had an old look. it could use some updating. i found some peeling wallpaper in the room.

Location is excellent. The staff was friendly. My room was comfortable. Check-in was fast. Breakfast was okay. I got excellent sleep each night. The ensuite bathroom had plenty of space with all usual complimentaries.
There are no mirrors in the room.

fantastic location accommodating staff sustainability scheme
The hotel enjoys a fantastic location, a short walk from the central station. It was convenient. I found the staff very polite and accommodating to my requests. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I slept soundly each night. I thought the hotel's sustainability scheme, which granted a free beverage for skipping room cleaning, was a nice bonus.
I thought that the rooms were showing some age.

The check-in process was very efficient. The front desk staff offered excellent service. I also received a complimentary welcome drink upon arrival. The location is central, providing easy access to various attractions and transport links.
The room was a bit small for an extended stay but fine for a few nights.
