The location was central! everything was within walking distance. the staff was friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out. the room was clean and well kept. I appreciated the daily housekeeping service.
The parking lot was a bit narrow. It was challenging to maneuver my car. i drove a midsized suv and had to be extra careful, i wish there was more space for larger vehicles.

I found the staff helpful and accommodating they quickly addressed all my needs. The location is unbeatable a short walk lands you right in Grand Place. I slept soundly each night because the beds are wonderfully comfortable offering great support
The sound isolation in my room was poor I could clearly hear noise from adjacent rooms and hallway traffic which sometimes interrupted my sleep

The hotel enjoys a fantastic location, a short walk from the central station. It was convenient. I found the staff very polite and accommodating to my requests. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I slept soundly each night. I thought the hotel's sustainability scheme, which granted a free beverage for skipping room cleaning, was a nice bonus.
