the breakfast had plenty of choices to suit everyone.
the bed was too firm for me. it kept me awake most of the night, and i had trouble getting comfortable. i wish i had asked for a softer mattress, but i did not. i regret that.

My room was not properly prepared. Basic amenities like the vanity kit and shampoo also were absent upon arrival. I had to request these items from reception, a definite inconvenience.

The location was indeed excellent. It's very central.
The room was not clean. I saw dust on the floor and hairs, that's disgusting. The towels were only for two, even though our family is comprised of three members. BASIC staff was constantly missing from the room. I HAD to keep ASKING at reception.
