Fantastic Location and Friendly Staff!
central location helpful staff
The location was really good. Everything was within walking distance! I also appreciated that the staff were very friendly and helpful. The coffee shop in the back seemed like a real hub, and I heard the food was AMAZING!!!
The entrance is shared with a café, so it can get quite busy and noisy at times. It was difficult to find a quiet place to sit and wait for someone. I wish there was a separate lobby area for hotel guests!

The reception desk staff were cute, helpful, and polite, both during the day and at night. They were always ready to assist with any questions and provided quick service. Thomas and Sarah offered Excellent service!

The room was modern and very clean. It included all the necessary comforts. The heating worked well, ensuring a warm temperature. The room was also surprisingly quiet, even in a busy area.

The hotel is very close to the central train station and metro. This made traveling around easy! The hotel is in the heart of the action with excellent restaurants and shopping options nearby. The location is PERFECT!

central location helpful staff nearby restaurants bathroom mold temperature control street noise
the hotel location was very central. many shops and restaurants were located nearby. the train station was also close. the staff were helpful and friendly.
The bathroom had some cleanliness issues. there was some mold in the bath tub. the temperature was difficult to control. It was either too hot or too cold. the street noise was audible due to poor insulation.

The room was spacious with a good shower. the hotel staff were helpful. pastries in the coffee shop downstairs tasted excellent. i stored luggage after checkout. This was helpful because i needed to catch a train.
