Fantastic Location and Friendly Staff!

The location was really good. Everything was within walking distance! I also appreciated that the staff were very friendly and helpful. The coffee shop in the back seemed like a real hub, and I heard the food was AMAZING!!!
The entrance is shared with a café, so it can get quite busy and noisy at times. It was difficult to find a quiet place to sit and wait for someone. I wish there was a separate lobby area for hotel guests!

The reception desk staff were cute, helpful, and polite, both during the day and at night. They were always ready to assist with any questions and provided quick service. Thomas and Sarah offered Excellent service!

The hotel is very close to the central train station and metro. This made traveling around easy! The hotel is in the heart of the action with excellent restaurants and shopping options nearby. The location is PERFECT!

The hotel is in a GREAT location near many attractions. I especially enjoyed the shower as it reminded me of a massage. It relieved my aches. The cafe linked with the hotel offers convenient access to good coffee. Staff members were consistently friendly and helpful .
The room was a little small. This made moving around with luggage slightly difficult.

The room offered comfortable beds. I slept soundly each night. The modern room featured tasteful decorations. This created a cute atmosphere after long days exploring. Heating worked effectively and maintained a consistent room temperature.

The hotel staff provided a warm welcome upon arrival and assisted me with directions. Restaurant options were plentiful. I could EASILY find diverse cuisines nearby. The reception staff were always available. They addressed my queries promptly and efficiently.

the hotel location was very central. many shops and restaurants were located nearby. the train station was also close. the staff were helpful and friendly.
The bathroom had some cleanliness issues. there was some mold in the bath tub. the temperature was difficult to control. It was either too hot or too cold. the street noise was audible due to poor insulation.
