The hotel is in a fantastic location right across from the central train station.. The room I stayed in was a good size, and the bathroom had a nice shower. The hotel provided bottled water in the room on the first night.
There seemed to be a shortage of towels. I only got one large towel.

the location is excellent, just across from the central train station. a carrefour express is next to the hotel, very convenient for quick needs. my room, a queen room, was spacious with a comfortable bed.
The gym was somewhat small. It could benefit from a few more machines.

i found the room ready early at midday which was convenient the breakfast offered a nice selection with plenty of options the hotel gave us a quiet room at the back on the second floor as requested. there were awesome blackout curtains , made the room dark for sleeping it was cool comfortable and quiet

the staff provided key cards breakfast details and directions to the room the receptionist greeted us politely upon arrival the restaurant manager warmly greeted us each morning and showed us to our table a nice touch.

breakfast included options to make waffles and pancakes there were cereals meats yogurts and fruit available a so called english breakfast option was offered too i appreciated the variety of options during the meal times.

there is a small shop to the right of the hotel as you exit this is useful for getting things for day trips and packed lunches the main entrance is excellent with a chandelier and a marble floor i found it very elegant.

the hotel is directly opposite the central station this makes it easy to access transport links for traveling it is just a short walk from the grand place too which is ideal for sightseeing there is a train station nearby.

i appreciated the hotel's proximity to the central station. i quickly accessed many tourist attractions. the generous upgrade to a junior suite was nice, it included access to the executive lounge. pre-stay confirmation emails received prompt answers, i liked it.
i think that the breakfast was horrifically overpriced. the sink in my room was plugged, this didn't drain well.

my king junior suite was very large and furnished comfortably. the suite included a walk-in robe, a large bathroom with both a bathtub and separate shower. i enjoyed city skyline and central station views.
