helpful staff central location
I found the staff to be cute and helpful . the hotel's location was superb. I easily walked to many key attractions and the metro station was close.. this made exploring simple. the clean room offered a balcony and good facilities.
the elevator was quite small. fitting both our luggage and ourselves proved challenging. it was not a huge issue, but it did require some planning each time we needed to use it.

the room was compact, perfect for a single person. it featured a french balcony, a useful desk, and a wardrobe for storage. the bathroom had a shower, adequate for my needs.
