The bed was not great. The mattress proved quite uncomfortable, and the pillows were far too soft, offering no alternative options. i also thought the breakfast lacked variety and quality. It was not a particularly good start to the day with very few choices.

the location worked well for my plans. i found the underground station close, and it made traveling easy. the room had daily cleaning, a coffee restock, and fresh towels provided every day (it was a welcome touch). the bed was comfortable, and the room size was adequate for my needs.
the shower tap was a bit tricky. i struggled to adjust the water temperature to a comfortable level, it took a little patience.

this place is near the underground with both the district and central lines. there are many shops and restaurants within a short walk and the area has a quiet vibe at night which is great.

the location are fantastic and its near everything i wanted. the neighborhood had many cool restaurants. groceries are super close, it was just minutes away to kensington park too.
the breakfast was unavailable, which i found very annoying. the staff don't care about my problems.

we chose the apartment for its proximity to kensington palace gardens a stroll we took each morning the location was wonderful and the neighborhood felt safe even late at night the convenience to several tube lines made exploring effortless we found it easy to navigate the city from here.
the daily cleaning service was scheduled early sometimes before nine i prefer a slightly later cleaning time as we enjoyed slow mornings this disrupted our routine a bit since we were sometimes still in the room.

the staff promptly addressed a minor issue with our room lighting they were attentive and courteous during our brief interaction i appreciated their quick response ensuring our stay remained seamless and comfortable.
