the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. breakfast offered a good selection, and i appreciated the quality. my room had a refrigerator and a safe. the magnifying mirror in the bathroom was a nice touch.

The staff was consistently helpful, addressing all requests promptly. The breakfast offered a wide array of options and fresh ingredients. I appreciated the well-kept, heated indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The Grand Spa also offered luxurious massages.
The menu in the dining area lacked variation . I hope for a more diverse selection in the future.

The room featured two separate sinks, i appreciated that. The outdoor swimming pool was definitely a highlight for me. I was fortunate with good weather that included a light sea breeze and blue skies.
The street needed better lighting for walking from the bus stop at night.

I found the staff both attentive and kind. A blanket and treats were provided in the room for my little dog. The hotel is near the beach and in walking distance of shops, restaurants, and cafes along the promenade. I have already booked another stay.

The staff are very friendly. A lady with the fabulous nails was kind. The Spanish chap were helpful. He was always smiling. My little dog was treated like a true guest.
