excellent hotel with minor inconvenience
high level excellent customer service ideal location
the staff at this hotel demonstrated a high level of care! i noticed the excellent customer service and attention to specific details, i was genuinely impressed. the location is ideal, placing you right in the heart of everything, made exploring easy, though the parking was expensive. i would certainly consider coming back to this hotel in the future.
the elevator system was inadequate, this caused noticeable delays throughout my stay. waiting for elevators was often a test of patience, and this impacted my overall experience. the hotel should address these logistical challenges.

consistent service at grand hotel
room upgrade beautiful bathroom surprise gift
i stayed at the hotel for several nights. pranik, a staff member, upgraded my room because i am a marriott member. the room included a beautiful bathroom and sitting room. sophie and sara gave me a surprise gift!
the tv in the room did not work, and a man came to fix it. the shower nozzle was also faulty, requiring another repair visit. the hotel could not provide a blanket instead of the duvet. the room temperature was too high.

staff members consistently greeted me with a smile. katie provided excellent care and went beyond expectations during my anniversary celebration. the front desk staff was helpful and willing to assist in any way possible.

the rooms were spacious and clean. electric sockets were ample for charging devices. the bed was comfortable for a good night's sleep. daily housekeeping services kept the suite perfect.

larger room red wine friendly staff
I got a larger superior room and a welcome amenity. It was a half-bottle of red wine with some fruit. The staff was SOOO friendly. Anthony, the bellman, was always trying to help. He always wanted to chat. Mantas and Greg in the lounge gave a ten star service. They made it clear I was at a five star hotel.
The hotel is fantastic overall, however, housekeeping could improve the replenishment of shower gel and conditioner after use.
