warm welcome helpful staff room upgrade entertaining music
I was greeted instantly by the concierge upon arrival, a warm welcome. reception staff were helpful throughout my stay. I even got a room upgrade and my request for a kingsized bed was met. i dined in the garden restaurant for both breakfast and dinner (the chateaubriand was superb!). on saturday night, the band provided some entertaining music for dancing.
a minor issue, the handle on the bathroom sink was broken, a small inconvenience in an otherwise grand experience.

Mixed Experience

loose headboard slow service
The amenities were adequate, especially the swimming pool.
The room required attention. The headboard WAS falling off the bed. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was a disappointment. The first course took an hour to arrive, and later courses followed the same pattern, even though the dining room was less than half full.
