convenient location friendly staff lovely grounds
The location was indeed very convenient, especially because i was visiting the racecourse. the staff were very friendly, i must say. i found the wooded grounds quite lovely. The view from my superior double room was very nice, indeed.

warm welcome adequate space ample parking scenic grounds
The staff welcomed me warmly upon arrival. The room had adequate space for luggage. I found ample parking near the building. I noticed rabbits roaming the grounds adding to the scenery.
The absence of a working telephone in the room required trips to the reception desk.

Convenient Stay Near the Woodlands
comfortable bed helpful staff ample space
I stayed in a suite. Room 101 offered ample space and the bed was particularly comfortable. The staff were cute and helpful . The location near the woodland walk provided a nice opportunity to see wildlife.
The room was not very clean, dust and dirt marked the skirting in the bathroom. Dirt marks were present on the tiles.

the staff were helpful. the pool area was good. the location was convenient (i found it easy to get around).
the bed was very firm. i found the corridor very noisy at times because of kids. there were no spare pillows in the room.
