the hotel is directly connected to the train station. this provided easy access to transportation (i did not have to walk far with my luggage). the staff was helpful with directions and information regarding local attractions.

faulty heating poor soundproofing
The room felt pretty chilly. Even after fiddling with the thermostat, it never really warmed up properly. i suspect there might have been an issue with the heating system itself, frustrating. also, the soundproofing wasn't great! i could hear quite a bit of noise from the hallway and other rooms, hard to relax and sleep soundly:.

superb service central location modern room hearty breakfast
Alisha, Dylan, Daniel, and Danielle provided superb customer service. Their attention really stood out. The location is fantastic, situated right at the Central Station. I found my room to be modern and clean . Breakfast offered a good, hearty start to the day with local options.
The bathroom heater did not seem to function properly, so the room felt cold.
