faulty heatingpoor soundproofing
The room felt pretty chilly. Even after fiddling with the thermostat, it never really warmed up properly. i suspect there might have been an issue with the heating system itself, frustrating. also, the soundproofing wasn't great! i could hear quite a bit of noise from the hallway and other rooms, hard to relax and sleep soundly:.

Alisha, Dylan, Daniel, and Danielle provided superb customer service. Their attention really stood out. The location is fantastic, situated right at the Central Station. I found my room to be modern and clean . Breakfast offered a good, hearty start to the day with local options.
The bathroom heater did not seem to function properly, so the room felt cold.
