this place is a total knockout! snow hill train station is super close for easy travel, it's basically a two-minute walk! car parking is also easy with just a four-minute walk, so convenient. plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops are nearby.
my room felt super dim. gloomy lighting made it a little tough for getting ready, i wish it was brighter.

i enjoyed a beautiful room, and the high standard of finish was apparent. the floor space in the room was excellent, and the quality of fixtures felt luxurious. penhaligon's toiletries in the bathroom added a nice touch.

my room was not cleaned by 4:30 pm one day. i asked if it was still going to be cleaned. they did not know because that is not the standard. the tea and coffee were not refreshed for my second night so i had no morning brew.

the room was beautiful in every way i appreciated the lovely touches of fresh milk and chocolate there was also a sofa bed already made up, complete with an extra cup, glass, and towel this attention to detail is a rare find.

the location is perfect with walking distance to shopping, concert areas and pubs alongside the canals a bus stop is just outside providing a short ride to attractions this made exploring the area quite easy and accessible.

the restored building features high quality finishes. the bedroom had amazing floor space and luxurious fixtures. i liked the penhaligon's toiletries provided in the bathroom.
i found the service in madeleines quite poor. i waited a long time even though staff passed by often.
