The location was convenient for my business meeting. it was only a short walk from the train station. i also enjoyed meals at leo's restaurant and the breakfast room. The food selection was AMAZING!!! the staff was helpful and attentive.

The pillows were awfully hard , almost like sleeping on rocks. i also thought the towel rail heated the room way too much . It was like a sauna in there , even with the aircon cranked up.

I enjoyed the attentive reception staff. They responded quickly to my needs. The breakfast area was also a highlight, with a waitress offering to heat milk for my cereal, which I found thoughtful. It was a Very good experience.
The standard lamp in my room did not work, causing the room to be somewhat dark. I also noticed the toilet made a VERY loud noise when flushed, a bit disturbing.

The room featured nice touches such as complimentary wine and water. It had ample space and all necessary amenities to ensure you can unwind and relax. The bed was comfortable and there was lots of storage.

the room was spacious. it included a king bed that was very comfortable. also the room had very good art, decor and architecture. the breakfast was also great, i could not choose what to take.
the windows would not shut properly. it was cold and noisy because the wind blew in. the hotel could improve that .

the location was great for accessing transport links. the staff at the reception desk were very efficient. i also found the parking facilities easy to use and readily available.
My room lacked a fridge and despite requesting one multiple times, nothing happened. the shower temperature was inconsistent. It alternated between freezing and scalding.
