The location is great for easy access to the harbour arm. I also found several restaurants and bars nearby. The hotel offered convenient parking facilities.
The mattress in my room felt lumpy, it affected my sleep. My room lacked conveniently placed electrical sockets near the bed. I struggled with a poor internet connection, even though it was free.

I received a complimentary upgrade upon arrival to a more luxurious room. There are many spaces available on the ground floor to relax or work in, GREAT!!!
The main hall entertainment requires a ticket. I think, it should be included with the hotel stay. Food quality was only ok.
