the location was good. i could walk to many local restaurants and shops. the staff was friendly and the rooms got cleaned every day. THE hotel was clean.

spacious room modern bathroom helpful staff lovely sight
i had a castle view room. it offered a lovely sight. the room and bathroom were very spacious with many facilities. the staff was really good in all areas of the hotel.
the lighting in my room was inefficiently dim, impacting visibility, i noticed this minor inconvenience .

the club lounge access included drinks between 5-7 pm it also included breakfast the room was a beautiful room 1 king. the bedroom was super clean and the bed was comfortable
the spa was closed for three days of my four-day stay on some unknown grounds

convenient location modern room grubby parking weak pressure
the location was convenient for visiting local attractions. the room was modern and spacious. (i stayed in the 'beautiful room 1 king'). the bed was very comfortable.
the car parking area looked rather grubby. i found the water pressure in the shower to be quite weak. it was hard to fill the bath.
