The staff seemed unwelcoming. I was like an inconvenience. The noise at night was significant with thin walls. Loud music played next door at 3 a.m.

i found the breakfast delicious. they had so many options, i was really impressed by the variety. the gardens created a space so peaceful. it was easy to unwind after a day of sightseeing.
our room was located in the annex. there seemed road noise at night and other guests were a bit loud because of the many rooms cramped together. the hotel gave one water bottle on arrival, but then nothing for the other nights we were there. the room could have used a bit more attention to noise insulation.

i appreciated the easy access to public transport with the bus stop close to the front door. the hotel was beautifully decorated and felt so friendly. the veranda was perfect for dining and overlooking the pool was really amazing. i found an amazing restaurant about 4 minutes away during a walk.
i noticed that there seemed to be limited room service options available there.

i found that additional services were a bit overpriced for what was offered.
