friendly staff convenient location central location

Aman at the front desk stood out. He always greeted me with a smile and remembered my breakfast drink, it was great. the hotel is very close to the train station, santa maria novella, so it was easy to get around. i found the location convenient for visiting the main attractions.

the noise from the street was quite noticeable, particularly with buses, cars, and dogs. i found it a bit challenging to sleep soundly because of it.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They assisted us with directions and recommendations for local restaurants. the location was also very convenient, close to many attractions. We explored the area easily. i found complimentary wine in my room, a lovely surprise that added to the romantic feel. the provided coffee and tea was an added bonus.

the street outside was quite noisy, particularly early in the morning, it made it difficult to sleep.

lovely stay

central location relaxed morning

I appreciated the central location. It was easy to walk to the main attractions. breakfast was enjoyable, and the extended service time allowed for relaxed mornings without rushing. i also found a nice selection of wines and liquors at the bar and minibar.

i found the air conditioning was off throughout the hotel, quite humid and uncomfortable. opening the windows to try and cool the room down resulted in mosquitoes entering.

The staff was helpful and the location allowed convenient walks to many attractions.

The shower box was quite small. I barely fit inside and I am not a large person. The noise from the main street outside was considerable. Sleeping was difficult.
