i found the staff very helpful . the hotel provided complimentary water, tea, and coffee in the lobby, which i appreciated. i enjoyed the spacious and comfortable waiting area. the hotel's proximity to the train station made my travel very easy.
i noticed that the walls seemed quite thin. i could hear sounds from the hallway and water noises from nearby rooms, a bit disruptive.

The hotel is a short walk from the train station making arrival easy. Staff quickly moved my luggage to my upgraded suite while I was on a city tour. The suite was lovely and had a beautiful cityscape view. The hotel's lounge and bar area are particularly posh.
I found that the complimentary water policy was a bit restrictive. I only received one bottle for a multiple-night stay. A bottle per night seems more appropriate.

The room felt quite small. also, the shower situation was less than ideal. I found it nearly impossible to avoid flooding the bathroom floor while showering. i mentioned this to the front desk, but nothing changed .

the staff seemed genuinely happy to help. giulia at breakfast, like i was home. the location was wonderful and convenient for train travel, being right across from the station. rooms were also a good size.
The complimentary water policy felt a bit restrictive. I received only one bottle for a two-night stay.

the room was so cozy! the bed was comfortable, and it was just a minute away from the train station. they gifted me italian pasta, how kind! the room amenities were nice too.
The bedsheets and towels had a strange odor, like metal! or maybe sweat. i think they were clean, but that smell needs to go. The bathroom was fine, but i found long hair on the dark parts of the floor. I wanted some water on my second day, but the staff said i only get one bottle per stay, which feels stingy!
