Hotel Excelsior Venice, Lido di Venezia

My stay at the hotel was unforgettable, with beautiful rooms and exceptional service. The location was a mix of city touring and beach enjoyment, offering unique experiences. However, the dining area was hit or miss with outdoor seating being weather-dependent. The facilities were top-notch with lovely outdoor decorations, although the service could be improved for the high price paid.

On the positive side, the service was good, and staff were attentive and helpful, making recommendations for nearby restaurants. The location, while needing cleaning and presenting some noise challenges, was convenient to St Marks and came at a reasonable rate. The dining options, although not up to the expected standard for a luxury hotel, offered good choices, including vegan and gluten-free options. The facilities were satisfactory, with areas for improvement.
