great location quiet street friendly service
i found a great location near central areas. a quiet street provided a nothing noisy. many restaurants and shopping places were easily accessible. the service was efficient and friendly.

i enjoyed the hotel's central location. it made sightseeing very easy. the staff were also very friendly and helpful. the breakfast had excellent choices.
the room i had felt small. the bathroom was uncomfortable. there was no coffee machine in the room, i consider it a must.

easy access short walk soft drinks
The location allowed easy access to the Uffizi Museum. The Duomo was also a short walk from the hotel. The hotel staff included a Portuguese-speaking person at reception. The room provided complimentary soft drinks from the minibar.
The shower could use more water pressure.

great location thoughtful staff temperamental card plug socket
The location is great. It is a short walk to many attractions (for example, the Duomo). The staff were really thoughtful.
The key card used for electricity was temperamental. Some of the plug sockets did not work (a real inconvenience!).

effective soundproofing climate control rainfall shower
The room had several nice features. I liked that the soundproofing was very effective. The climate control system maintained a consistent temperature. The bathroom featured both a separate tub and rainfall shower.
The elevator operated somewhat slowly.
