central locationcomplimentary entrythoughtful stafflate noise
the location it's very central. the hotel gave us complimentary entry to the music venue. the staff supplied ear plugs because this is a music venue which was thoughtful.
the music in the bar went until 2:30 am. the noise made it difficult to sleep. i should have wore the ear plugs provided, but I didn't.

the room was spacious and modern, and i appreciate them. facilities in the bathroom were excellent, especially the shower with toiletries. the room felt very secure.

there is no food available at the grand. staff are very helpful suggesting local dining options. this ensures guests can find suitable options nearby depending on what they prefer.
