The location is so convenient, especially for accessing main attractions. the staff were helpful. Sezgin and ismail really stood out for their kindness. the hotel location gave easy access to transportation, a GREAT asset.

I found the staff helpful. the receptionist was always ready to assist with a warm smile. the cleaning service maintained perfect standards throughout my stay, ensuring a super clean and refreshing environment. the location is prime. I could walk to grand bazaar and other historic sites.
The upper floors are accessible only by stairs. this might pose a slight inconvenience for some guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues. perhaps additional support could be offered to assist in such cases.

the hotel enjoys an ideal location, providing easy access to many restaurants. tram line 1 runs very close, ensuring connections to other parts of the city. getting around to popular attractions proves convenient from here.

The breakfast service felt very attentive, with a great variety of options. the team working at the hotel created a warm atmosphere. They were pretty good. i can not thank them enough for their kindness.

the location was superb.. it was near the grand bazaar. the hotel was also close to many food places, so dining options were abundant. i found the staff to be friendly, offering assistance when needed.
the shower door in my room was also quite small. i found it hard to find a taxi nearby, as car access was limited in this area.

i liked the location since its close to attractions. it is a short walk to the bazaar. the staff was really nice and helpful with directions i needed. my room was clean and had fresh towels, that was super.
the breakfast was simple. i would have liked more options to choose from. it did lack variety, but still ok.

The hotel enjoys a advantageous location. It stands a brief distance from major attractions. The tram station is also accessible. I discovered the staff accommodating. Ismail offered valuable guidance, thus saving transport money. The provided breakfast proved sufficient.
Regrettably, intermittent hot water in the shower caused slight inconvenience during my mornings.

the location is superb. the food street is just one minute away. bayazit tram station is three minutes away. the grand bazaar is five minutes away. the bedroom was very clean. it was organized upon arrival. the services were good too. the daily cleaning was nice to have.
the breakfast was very basic. there wasn't even any toasts. it made me eat out. i wanted classic local turkish breakfast.
