The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with a wonderful sea view. The staff's service varied from initially being rude to trying to be nice towards the end. The location is not super central but provides a good starting point for exploring the city, especially for visiting Taksim, Besiktas, and Ortakoey. The dining experience was great with an included breakfast but not up to the standard of an international hotel chain.
I have to say, my stay at the Mercure Bosphorus was quite a mix of highs and lows. The rooms, despite not being as spacious as they seemed in the pictures, were incredibly clean, nice, and equipped with all modern amenities, offering a lovely view of the Bosphorus. The service was top-notch with extremely polite and helpful staff making my stay super friendly. The location, being the hotel's main plus point, was great for exploring Faruk Yuksa and other nearby attractions, although getting taxis was a bit of a hassle due to traffic issues. The dining experience was quite enjoyable with a good variety, even though some improvements could make it truly 5-star. The facilities were decent but could benefit from enhancements to match the hotel's luxurious vibe.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The service was exceptional, the rooms were beautiful, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. However, the dining options were a bit lacking. Overall, a great experience!
