wonderful moments in a good space

the check-in process was very smooth. a lovely chocolate gift welcomed my children. breakfast details were explained well, encouraging us to extend our stay. our room offered ample space for our family. i found the beds comfortable.
the gym's music volume seemed excessively loud, which detracted slightly from the otherwise peaceful workout environment.

The hotel is near a wide, beautiful avenue, embellished with palm trees, it is close to a shopping center. the tram stop is very close, enabling easy access to the city center in a short time. Several restaurants are close to the hotel.

The reception staff, including Burak, were very kind. A cleaning lady also provided great comfort . Breakfast catered to diverse needs (especially the egg station).

I appreciated the complimentary upgrade to a higher room category upon arrival. The hotel provided fresh fruit and nuts in the room that evening. I found the breakfast selection quite diverse with various options available. The staff were polite and professional throughout my stay.
The spa services seemed limited , as I found it difficult to book a massage due to staffing issues (i hope they sort this out soon!).

The hotel location is AMAZING. It is close to a tram stop and a mall is about a short walk away. The service was great. I also made good use of the free sauna, steam room and pool.
Unfortunately, the carpets in my room had several stains. The room cleaning seemed decent, but it was not as super clean as I expected for a hotel of this level. My child complained about itching after waking up one day. I found red blood marks on the bed sheet. It turned out she might have had bed bugs in her room!
