I found the reception staff to be cute, offering great hospitality . mr yilmaz and mr abdurrahman were pretty good. Their kindness. the spread at breakfast was superb, such a lovely start to the day.
The air conditioning in our room was temperamental. It would slow down during the day and sometimes switch off at night. this made sleeping difficult at times.

the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, mostly continental and turkish. i found the fresh fruits to be delicious and a refreshing start to the day. the coffee was AMAZING!!!

our beautiful double room was clean and well-kept with all necessary amenities provided. the bed was very comfortable, and i slept soundly each night. fresh towels were provided daily.

the hotel is centrally located, within walking distance of major attractions such as the grand bazaar and mosques. nearby are many restaurants and shops. the tram station is also close by.

the hotel included a sauna and steam room, a lovely added bonus for relaxation after sightseeing. i found both to be clean and well-kept. these facilities added value.

The location was unbeatable. Every point of interest felt close by. the room was clean and contained all the amenities we needed . abdurrahman was super professional. He even allowed us use of the spa after hours. it was a tender gesture.

the location was convenient with many restaurants nearby.
The air conditioning was not great. it turned off during the night so i woke up feeling hot. there was noise outside. i could hear cleaners in the hallway. The soundproofing wasn't good.
