An ABSOLUTELY Stellar Experience!

efficient check-in birthday surprise responsive housekeeping

The reception staff, Hilal and Buse, offered a warm welcome and efficient check-in. A complimentary birthday surprise looked in our room. It included cake and balloons for my wife. Restaurant staff, Sena, Emre, and Yelda, extended the birthday celebration throughout our stay. Housekeeping, managed by Gunoy, responded IMMEDIATELY to any requirements.

The hotel does not serve alcoholic beverages, which affects the lobby atmosphere negatively.

The restaurant on the tenth floor features AMAZING views of the Golden Horn and offers a diverse menu. A Starbucks service is available 24/7. there is a hairdresser onsite for additional convenience if needed.

Our room included new furniture, a well-kept bathroom, and a super clean environment maintained by daily cleaning. The sea view offered a WONDERFUL view similar to that from the restaurant, and our beds featured crisp, white linens for added comfort.

Huda offered attraction information and provided continuous support and follow-up during our entire stay. The staff are VERY kind and always smiling and ready to help. The team speaks Arabic, English, and French, which facilitates communication with guests.

Acceptable stay, some drawbacks

The breakfast had a nice view and decent variety.

The room I received was really quite disappointing. It was dark with NO natural light (i seemed like I was in a cave). I had to keep lights on all day. this was frustrating.

The breakfast was not quite up to par. The selection was limited, and I found the pastries to be rather dry. The staff, while generally polite, seemed a bit understaffed during peak hours, which led to delays in service. It was a bit of a letdown considering the hotel's otherwise solid reputation.
