the hotel has a pool on the 5th floor. i found it amazing with great views. breakfast was also quite good. the restaurant staff seemed professional and attentive.
the hotel location is not ideal. i noticed a large viaduct nearby, and the closest metro is a 10-minute walk. the service felt inconsistent. the restocking of amenities wasn't regular, and the device in the room didn't work.

I loved the modern room with fantastic amenities. The bathroom had a shower and a bathtub with a great city view. The minibar had a good selection, and a coffee machine was available in the room. The pool area offered a great view and delicious drinks.

Really good Service and Lovely Rooms

I had a gold room. It provided access to the lounge and butler service. Irem in the butler team was very helpful. Ali Oğuz helped with restaurant and shop suggestions. Seven Altay also helped with local contacts.
The check in experience was not ideal. I had to return to reception daily to fix my card. The call I received at check out was not professional. A more streamlined check in process would improve the experience.

The room included several in room entertainment options like Apple TV. The room also felt neat and spacious. The bathroom included a very large shower and fluffy towels.

Baran consistently checked to refill fresh orange juice. the culinary offerings throughout my stay had a wide variety of high-quality dishes that catered to every palate. the Fairmont Skyline Room offered amazing city views. the room was a haven of comfort with a blend of elegance and modernity.
