My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although modern and clean, lacked balconies as shown in photos, which was a bit disappointing. On the bright side, the service was exceptional with friendly and helpful staff. The location, while offering good views, suffered from traffic outside. The dining experience was a hit and miss, with some delicious options but also unprofessional service at times.
