club noise soundproofing
The location is indeed very central, very convenient for exploring the area.
The nightclub noise was pretty bad. I assumed a luxury hotel would have better soundproofing (especially given the clubs in the building). The loud music at night made it difficult to sleep.

kind staff half-board option spacious room
The reception staff gave us a great upgrade. They were very kind! the half-board option was helpful after long days exploring. umut in the restaurant served us very well. breakfasts were very efficient and ulku was polite. i liked the spacious room and the hotel aesthetic!
i noticed the shower could flood the bathroom, and reported it, hopefully, it gets fixed soon!

the hotel's location provided convenient access to nearby attractions. several bus stops and metro lines were within a short walking distance. the proximity to major landmarks made sightseeing very easy.

the staff were attentive and helpful throughout my stay. they provided quick responses to requests and offered useful recommendations. the concierge assisted with travel arrangements and provided maps!

amazing city stay
friendly staff excellent service tidy room
i found the staff friendly and efficient. erkan and tacettin were very helpful when i lost money. they returned it, which i did appreciate very much. the room was kept very tidy throughout my stay and the service was excellent overall.
my mattress felt a little too soft for my liking. i think a firmer mattress would be better for me. the wine list could use more options at the bar. i wanted to try something different.

the breakfast buffet offered many delicious options. i also enjoyed the lobby restaurant with its superb classic pieces of music. the pianist lady definitely enhanced the experience there.

the room included extra amenities like slippers and toothbrushes. we were upgraded to a better room. this was a lovely surprise, and i enjoyed the extra space and comfort a lot.

the location is ideal with easy access to everywhere from the plaza. a direct exit leads to isteklyal street. there is also a metro station nearby, which makes getting around easy.
