the staff helped organize taxi services to the airport. the hotel had great public transport connections. location was easy to find. i received complimentary chocolate chip cookies upon arrival. the cookies were delicious.
i found the communal areas a little dimly lit.

mixed experience at this location
ground floor room room selection
the reception staff exhibited warmth and helpfulness, that enhanced the stay.
Upon arrival, we received an email to pre-check in and select our room, a feature i appreciate. imagine my disappointment when we were told we couldn't have the room we had chosen. instead, we were assigned a ground floor room, not ideal. The whole experience was below par.

misleading pre-check-in broken bedside lamp
the pre-check-in process felt misleading. i selected a specific room a few days prior to arrival, but upon checking in, i was informed that the chosen room was unavailable. i was assigned a different room on the ground floor. this room had some issues like a broken bedside lamp and a persistent smell of smoke in the corridor despite the hotel being non-smoking. the spa prices were also very high.

kind staff amazing breakfast central location
i really appreciated the staff, they were genuinely kind and helpful. the breakfast was amazing with many options. the location is superb, near many attractions and public transport. the room was always clean and well-kept.
i noticed the furniture and decor looked a bit dated, showing some signs of wear and tear. it could benefit from a refresh.

really good service AND perfect location
amazing location tram stop metro station
I usually do not write reviews but this hotel deserves it. The location is AMAZING , the tram stop is right in front of the hotel. The metro station is just a short four-minute walk away. Sultanahmet is within walking distance from this hotel.
The bar and restaurant prices were ridiculously HIGH.

The staff was really helpful AND courteous, offering a warm welcome with delicious cookies upon arrival. I appreciated the genuine smiles and open-heartedness of Gonca and Erkan. Murat Kaymaz at reception welcomed us with warmth and professionalism.

The hotel's location IS very convenient, with the Laleli tram stop adjacent to the hotel. This made accessing major attractions simple, offering easy walks to places like Haji Sophia and the Blue Mosque. The hotel is also situated in a VERY quiet area.
