my experience was good. i found the staff friendly. the rooms where also clean and well-kept. the beds where comfy also. the team was always ready to help me with anything.

a slight negative was the limited option of english channels available on tv.

The breakfast buffet was extensive and included fresh, local options. I enjoyed the room upgrade Mehmet provided. The housekeeping staff, like Zainab, kept the room clean and tidy.

The mini bar prices felt a bit high.
