location good, some issues
shower leak moldy wallpaper
the location was undeniably great, close to the main attractions.
The check-in process wasn't smooth at all. my shower leaked terribly all over the bathroom floor (it was actually a bit dangerous). i also noticed the wallpaper behind the bed had some mold. It really needs to be taken care of.

superb stay near historical wonders!
luxury toiletries amazing breakfast great location
the location is excellent. i saw the hagia sophia right outside! bvlgari toiletries added a touch of luxury. complimentary tea and cakes in the afternoon were also a plus. breakfast was amazing!
the room got a little stuffy at times, i think.

adequate stay near main attractions
the location was close to many main attractions including major historical sites.
the room i was assigned had a persistent draft it affected the room's temperature making it uncomfortable i had to request extra blankets to manage the cold.

major attractions friendly staff
the location proved unbeatable, placing major attractions within easy reach. the staff demonstrated helpfulness and friendliness throughout my stay. i found the full turkish breakfast quite delicious , and it offered a great start to my days.
i noticed the air-conditioning system was centrally controlled. it operated in winter mode , and it couldn't cool the room as much as i would have liked.

the breakfast offered a fresh selection in a pleasant atmosphere , so it was a good way to start the morning. the free afternoon tea service provided a very good experience. the bar staff were always ready with refreshments , and this was especially welcome in the heat.

the hotel provides a breakfast earlier than scheduled. staff ensures a wonderful stay and is very accommodating. the staff is kind and the hotel is clean. reception staff provided advice on public transport options and access.
the shower gel was not refilled on the second day.
