location good, but room disappointing
small bathroom uncomfortable bed
The room was quite small, i felt a bit cramped. the bathroom was also tiny, and it was hard to move around in there. the noise from what seemed to be some pipes was constant. It disrupted the sleep. the bed was not comfortable, either!

pigeon breakfast slow elevator
the breakfast, it was on the rooftop. sounds nice, right? well, the pigeons seemed to think so too, and they weren't shy about sharing their opinions on my toast. also, the elevator situation was a bit of a joke. one tiny elevator for eight floors? i started taking the stairs after day one. it was faster, even with my suitcase.

Great Hotel Near Major Attractions
early check-in great variety terrace cafe lovely scent
The staff allowed early check-in at 7 AM. Breakfast offered much variety and tasty desserts daily. Views from the terrace cafe were amazing, and it was open 24/7. The hotel was very clean. Even the downstairs toilet in reception had a lovely scent.
The room felt very small. There was not much space to move around our luggage. The bathroom also felt too small for a room we booked.

The staff was very accommodating. They arranged visits and taxis for us. Esa and Gokhan were great and always served with a smile. The cleaning staff was always happy to help when needed.

The hotel sat a few minutes' walk from major sites. Hagia Sofia, the Blue Mosque, and Topkapi were close. This hotel is good for someone who can't walk too much. Many good local restaurants surround the area.

excellent location and service
helpful staff rooftop restaurant luggage storage
the staff was very helpful. i appreciated the luggage storage on my last day until 3:30 pm. the breakfast at the rooftop restaurant had fine views (especially of the bosphorus).

uncomfortable bed awful noise
The hotel staff was helpful and courteous, they stored our luggage until later in the day.
The room was not what I expected as I encounter small uncomfortable beds and all day and night I heard a noise from some pipes. The noise came from inside the hotel and it was hard to sleep well because of that.
