Staying on the VIP floor with drinks and food all day was a nice touch. The initial room had some ants, but the spacious balcony made up for it. The availability of a bidet was appreciated. The service was exceptional, from the warm welcome by Tiziana and Chris to the attentive room attendants. The location, though away from the public promenade, offered a relaxing and romantic atmosphere. The dining experience, while not as good as before, still had some special offerings. Overall, a delightful stay with a few minor hiccups.
Staying in a full sea-view room was breathtaking, with a private terrace and exclusive access to a pool on the VIP level. The staff, especially Tiziana, Paola, Chef Michele, Davide, Pedro, Gloria, and Paco, were incredibly friendly and paid attention to every detail. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the sandy beach and surrounded by shops. The dining experience offered delicious options, especially the fresh seafood. Overall, a luxurious and comfortable stay with some noise in the rooms for a lay-in but exceptional service and amenities.
I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The rooms were excellent, one of the best I've ever stayed in, with a spacious sitting area, a luxurious bathroom, and multiple large TVs. The location was stunning, overlooking the beach with fantastic facilities. The dining experience was exceptional, offering a variety of delicious options. Overall, a great place to stay with top-notch service.
