The breakfast was very nice. The staff was helpful! The room was very comfortable and clean. I found the underground parking and the central location very convenient. Metro access was easy.

The neighborhood felt safe and the street was quiet despite being near a busy avenue. Public transport was easily accessible, with buses and a metro station approximately 200 meters from the building. Various dining options for all budgets were located nearby.

The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and no noise from other rooms. Amenities were great and the room had great looks and was very clean. Staff was helpful and pleasant.

The hotel provided a clean, comfortable space. I appreciated the artwork displayed throughout the hotel. I even considered making a purchase. The staff were friendly, and their assistance was beneficial. Bruno was particularly helpful .
I noticed a lack of a kettle and tea and coffee facilities in the room. The pool area did not get any sun until 2pm, I believe this is a definite drawback. The pool water temperature was freezing. It was impossible to enjoy a swim.

My room offered a big window with blinds that I could open from inside the bathroom. This allowed me to see across my room and out through the window. The room overlooked the pool. The view was relaxing.

The staff was kind and helpful during my entire stay. The reception staff were especially friendly. I found the cleaning lady efficient, and she did an excellent JOB!!! It was nice to return to a super clean room.

The breakfast kept me full until evening, I believe this is a good sign. The breakfast had many options. I especially liked the fresh fruit. There was a good selection of pastries as well.

The bar staff were friendly and respectful! the snacks i ordered tasted great, a 10/10 for sure. i ordered a cake and sparkling wine to be in the room for a friend's birthday! the staff took care of everything. the air conditioning worked well, the rooms were clean. I enjoyed that
my safe broke , and i asked reception three times to fix it. it never happened. departments at the hotel do not communicate with each other very well, i noticed.

the hotel includes a spa with a sauna and relaxation room! a pool is available too. i did not use the gym, but i saw it had modern equipment. these amenities seemed well maintained.

The hotel is near public transport! this made getting around convenient. several restaurants and shops are close to the hotel. i liked being able to walk to dinner each night. It was easy.

The room included soft, clean towels and comfortable bed sheets. i had slippers and a robe in my wardrobe. It was handy! the bathroom was spacious, it had complimentary toiletries too. a big window overlooked the pool.
