My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but the lack of a view and occasional smell were a drawback. The location was great, close to the ancient medina, but being situated above the party area made it quite noisy until late at night.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and had standard accessibility features, which was great. They were also very close to the pool, and I could even overlook the sea in the distance, just like where Henri Matisse painted his masterpieces of Saint Andrew church and Tangier life. The service was incredibly helpful, as the staff assisted us in searching for airplane tickets, reducing our travel time. They were warm and welcoming and even suggested a two-hour tour of the Medina and Kasbah. The location was extremely convenient, being on the edge of the medina with great views of the city. The dining experience was ok, with a variety of options available. Overall, a pleasant stay.
The hotel had spacious and very clean rooms, and breakfast was the best in Morocco. However, the top floor party place was noisy till 1 am, and the Wi-Fi was very poor. There were limited choices at breakfast.
