I loved the slides. They were the most fun. The staff were always friendly. Yassine made my coffee just how i like it, and Zakia helped us so much at reception. It means a lot when people treat you with such care.

The hotel can get busy. It can be hard to find a quiet place sometimes.

the hotel have an extra tax to pay when i arrive. i did not expect it after a long flight. i also found the pools and water slides closed many times. it was a deception because that it what makes me choose this hotel.
