The breakfast buffet had lots of tasty options and fresh food I liked the Moroccan choices The pools were large and very clean. I found the staff very polite and helpful. The bathroom had a very nice and clean tub

A Sweet Escape

fun slides friendly staff cared treatment lovely reception

I loved the slides. They were the most fun. The staff were always friendly. Yassine made my coffee just how i like it, and Zakia helped us so much at reception. It means a lot when people treat you with such care.

The hotel can get busy. It can be hard to find a quiet place sometimes.

just ok experience

extra tax slides closed

the hotel have an extra tax to pay when i arrive. i did not expect it after a long flight. i also found the pools and water slides closed many times. it was a deception because that it what makes me choose this hotel.

The pool was very clean. I saw staff maintaining it daily. the kids loved the slides! i found the aerobics class at the pool fun though it was very crowded.

the staff were very helpful. breakfast included a variety of options. the hotel provided a free shuttle service to the center of town. i found this very convenient.

i noticed some issues . bottled water was not complimentary. the indoor pool required an additional fee. i found the website provided limited information about these costs.
