Balanced Stay Experience
early check-in customer service many pools slides aerobics class dated hotel unfriendly staff insufficient air conditioning
The staff at the front desk provided good customer service, specifically Ahmed. He was very kind and allowed us to check in early. The hotel had many pools and slides for families with children. Aerobics classes were also available at the pool.
The hotel is very dated and has not been updated in decades. The air conditioning was too little for the size of the room, but one ground floor room had very powerful air conditioning.

The breakfast buffet had lots of tasty options and fresh food I liked the Moroccan choices The pools were large and very clean. I found the staff very polite and helpful. The bathroom had a very nice and clean tub

A Sweet Escape
fun slides friendly staff cared treatment lovely reception
I loved the slides. They were the most fun. The staff were always friendly. Yassine made my coffee just how i like it, and Zakia helped us so much at reception. It means a lot when people treat you with such care.
The hotel can get busy. It can be hard to find a quiet place sometimes.

just ok experience
extra tax slides closed
the hotel have an extra tax to pay when i arrive. i did not expect it after a long flight. i also found the pools and water slides closed many times. it was a deception because that it what makes me choose this hotel.

The pool was very clean. I saw staff maintaining it daily. the kids loved the slides! i found the aerobics class at the pool fun though it was very crowded.

the staff were very helpful. breakfast included a variety of options. the hotel provided a free shuttle service to the center of town. i found this very convenient.
i noticed some issues . bottled water was not complimentary. the indoor pool required an additional fee. i found the website provided limited information about these costs.
