Reviews and Ratings
The hotel needs some renovation work, as the rooms had no proper functioning air conditioning in 30-degree heat and very poor wifi above the ground floor. However, the rooms were cleaned regularly and provided with basic amenities. The noise level from the airport was noticeable.
The hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. While the rooms were not very well-equipped with poor WiFi above the ground floor and lacking noise-proofing, making them less than ideal for a peaceful stay, the cleanliness was acceptable. The location, although a bit dated and distant from the main attractions, offered some convenience like being near a supermarket and just a short walk from Djemaa El Fna square. The dining experience was satisfactory with a good variety of foods, but the service left much to be desired with untrained and unhelpful staff. Overall, it was a somewhat average stay with both positive and negative aspects to consider.
The hotel offers a decent stay with good breakfast options but falls short of 5-star expectations. The location is convenient for those seeking a quieter environment away from city noise.
A shoutout to Sara at the front desk for assisting us with our last-minute official work and for the exceptional service. Despite being initially assigned a smaller room on the noisy street with a view of a hedge, the room eventually came with a balcony. However, we encountered a delay in getting a second bed for our children and had to switch rooms a few doors down the corridor.
The hotel was huge and super clean with very friendly staff. All facilities were available, and it is walking distance from Marrakech attractions, although the room was not ready upon check-in. The double bed seemed uncomfortable with a concrete mattress and a piece of 4x2 running down the middle.
The hotel is a bit of a maze to get around, but it's conveniently close to the city center. Unfortunately, there was no security lock in the room upon arrival at check-in time. The staff was fluent in French, Spanish, English, and Arabic, offering a comfortable stay with cold AC and great beds. The service was friendly, professional, and accommodating with various amenities available. The location provides a peaceful atmosphere with plenty of seating space and easy access to the old town within a short taxi ride. While the initial impression of the hotel was attractive, noise from neighboring guests could be disruptive.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of quiet and clean rooms but with some pressure on the reception. The service was extremely cooperative and made up for any initial inconvenience. The location, though a bit dated, had well-maintained areas. The dining experience offered a variety of healthy options, yet lacked some essentials. Overall, a good stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel offers spacious pool view rooms with two double beds, baths, and walk-in showers. However, some maintenance issues like a leaking sink and difficult-to-close curtains were present. The room amenities included dressing gowns, a kettle, and tea/coffee. On my second stay, the amenities were not as expected.
The hotel is conveniently located just a ten-minute taxi ride to the old town and offers a large room with two double beds and a spacious bathroom. However, some maintenance issues like a leaking sink and difficult-to-close curtains were present.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The location was fantastic, right next to AL Maza mall and close to cafes and souks. The rooms were clean and equipped with a balcony, but the lack of proper functioning air conditioning in the 30-degree heat was a downside. The service was lacking as the staff wasn't friendly, especially at the reception. The dining experience, with limited options and rude pool staff, was disappointing. However, the hotel had lovely dining options with a variety of juices and pastries.
