helpful staff amazing pool high price noisy balcony
i really enjoyed the breakfast. the staff was helpful with my dietary requirements too. (i have some allergies) the location was also convenient and the pool was amazing.
the price of food and drinks felt high as the quality was average. i paid fifteen pounds for a gin and lemonade, though it used flat sprite. balcony doors do not lock and let noise from nearby building work enter, and i struggled to sleep.

The breakfast was nice. and varied, offering many options to suit diverse palates! The indoor pool maintained a pleasant temperature, inviting for a swim regardless of the weather. Our Prestige two bedrooms suite with two bathrooms provided ample space. The inclusion of a guest toilet added convenience for our group.

Our Prestige Suite had a jacuzzi bath. This was a good addition. The suite was very large. and it overlooked the pool, as we had requested prior to arrival. This enhanced our overall experience.

The hotel connects directly to Menara mall through a dedicated door. This offers easy access to shopping and dining options. Its location allowed quick access to the airport. and also horse carts were available just outside the mall for trips to the city centre.

unprofessional staff multiple reminders
the location was suitable for my needs. it was next to a mall.
the reception staff did not seem professional. i heard laughter when i asked questions. housekeeping did not bring the extra sheet i requested even after several reminders. i had to get it myself at reception.

hallway noises card payment
The money exchange on site had satisfactory rates. It was acceptable.
The hallway noises carried right into my room, disturbing the peace. The hotel had a money exchange counter that does not accept cards. That was quite disappointing! I used the hotel pick up from the airport, but it was impossible to pay by card. So much for convenience, right?

easy check-in cleaned pool great breakfast
the breakfast had super varieties, i even arrived early and check-in was easy. the swimming pool was regularly cleaned. it really helped cool me down during the heatwave. i consider the money well-spent.
security searched my bags every time i entered. they looked for outside food. this felt disrespectful, as if i had no privacy.

I found the transportation easy. Staff members provided great professional service. The hotel complex had amazing facilities. My room had a balcony and was very clean. The indoor and outdoor pools were excellent. Breakfast offered a huge selection of choices.
