i was charmed by the well kept grounds. CLEAN pools were a PLUS. the staff was amiable , especially the reception ladies near the safari pool. the ladies were friendly.

the complex had lovely pool areas and many sun beds. the restaurants were nice. staff members were very friendly, polite, and helpful. i especially appreciated danny, a waiter, who gave me tips about beaches and things to do nearby.
It led to an abandoned factory. finding the reception took me over 30 minutes, even with maps.

The complex had restaurants, bars, and a gym. statues and waterfalls made it picturesque. pool areas were clean and well-kept. Plenty of sun beds were available .

the location was convenient, situated between malaga and marbella. there was ample parking available near the hotel. the hotel provided easy access to nearby attractions.

check-in staff was amazing, and the communal areas were super clean. mustafa at the pool provided excellent service. the entire staff displayed really good friendliness and a willingness to assist.

Breakfast offered a diverse selection of high-quality products. i found the safari restaurant lovely with lots of choices. the food was amazing at the restaurants. I especially enjoyed the mediterranean restaurant.

i loved that all areas were accessible. i was using a wheelchair for my elderly parents. the staff was excellent. guest services were top in santa cruz, they were so helpful.
the room needed a deep clean i think, it was a let down after hearing such lovely things.
