english was spoken by every staff member. i loved how centrally located the hotel was for exploration. the easy access to main attractions via the nearby metro was excellent. updated rooms had great decor and size was sufficient.
the massage beds were not functional . the pricing seemed high given the standard and area but i knew it was fashion week. building works were occurring right outside the hotel making finding a taxi difficult. the drilling noise early each morning was annoying.

i found the room and bathroom renovated, specifically room 108. the bathtub was quite long, and the water was consistently hot! lighting included reading lights, though a dimmer would improve the ambiance. the staff were consistently nice and courteous. catching ubers or using the bus and metro was straightforward.
soundproofing could be improved, as noise from the main entrance was noticeable! especially at night, this impacted my sleep.
