The staff impressed me with their helpfulness. They handled everything from check-in to breakfast. parking was available. the hotel is walkable to the main attractions, though not directly in the center. i appreciate the secure parking.
the room felt outdated with small windows. the entrance looked great, my room did not match this style. the bath had some dirt spots. this detracted from the overall experience.

The bar closed SO early! I found this quite INCONVENIENT. It seems a nightcap is not an option for those who return later. The lack of late-night service definitely impacted my stay. the room decor felt a bit tired. Some updates would really enhance the experience. The carpets looked rather worn. We noticed some areas that could use a little freshening up.
