The family room included a travel cot for our baby. It was excellent. the food was delicious and well presented. all of the staff were friendly. They welcomed the baby with warmth.

the staff was nice. the location is great.
The room's wallpaper was peeling, and it smelled of sewage. the receptionist seemed bothered when i asked about a parking calculation. She looked to have made an error. bar and lounge were supposed to be open, but they were closed, not good.

The hotel has staff that is friendly and very helpful. The male manager was very good and he addressed all my needs. The young man serving breakfast was kind. I had a sea view on a bright day. I was comfortable as a female traveller.

The bus stop to Barnstaple is right outside the hotel. It is near the harbour and restaurants. The hotel is across from the beach and theatre.

I appreciated the spacious and clean bedroom. It. the large shower also had great water pressure, this was a very welcome feature. i enjoyed the evening meal with three courses included, it was a delicious and satisfying dining experience.
The television in the room was quite small and its functionality was intermittent. This was a bit disappointing. it would be great to have a larger, more reliable tv for entertainment.
