The location provided easy access to many tourist spots. I found an unexpected lounge with tea, coffee, and workspaces. It was a great space. All staff members proved helpful. I cannot comment on dining as I did not have breakfast.
The room felt a bit dated and dusty, the lampshades were a bit grubby.

the rest and relaxation room included free coffee. the location was also superb, near many attractions. i found the service friendly when i needed it. the water dispensers with refillable bottles in the hallways was also a nice touch.
the mattress felt a bit lumpy.

the location are awesome, many attractions were at a distance i walked.
the shower werent adjustable, the head kept spinning toward the screen so that was bad. the sofa bed, if someone sit on the end, someone fell nearly through. the mattress was very thin, too.

the staff was very helpful. i appreciated the comfortable bed and the ironing equipment in the room. water refills were available in the hallway and the location was within walking distance of major sights. the option to leave bags before and after check-in was useful.
the communal areas needed more attention regarding cleanliness. i noticed the revolving doors were dirty upon entering the hotel. i thought this detracted from the overall impression.
