the grounds were beautifully maintained. the staff were very attentive. the location offers easy access to both the beach and nearby attractions (it's quite central). i found the service consistently excellent. every staff member was friendly and helpful.
the air conditioning in the room could have been a bit more effective.

visiting this place reminded me of entering a dream! the staff at the pool were attentive. they were always quick to help find a sunbed or bring a refreshing drink. i really enjoyed spending time there.
i noticed some time-share selling happening within the hotel. i suggest you avoid any invitations to drinks from the melia circle group. it can be a bit of a hassle during your stay!

the staff were amazing across all departments! the breakfast team was magnificent and always pleasant even during busy times. lucia's smile and yvonne's warm welcomes made my mornings much better.

the food quality was really good at breakfast. i loved dining at bardot and by the pool! a meal at china crown was also a highlight. cappuccino had a lovely ambience too.

the location is perfect with easy access to the esplanade. lovely walks along the coast are easily accessible. the garden and pool area were fabulous with a relaxing vibe.
