Acceptable Stay , But Some Issues

The hotel's pool area was quite nice and provided a good space for relaxation.
My room faced the back of the hotel , and the noise on Saturday night from a nearby bar was quite disruptive. Also , I was annoyed that there were no conveniently placed plugs next to the beds , , made charging devices difficult. Dinner had a strange rule that prohibited men from wearing shorts , but women could , and I could not find mention of this rule on the website.

really good service and diligent staff

i rarely return to the same hotel, however the diligent staff was good. stella in the restaurant provided special gluten-free food with great care. the reception team was also helpful, showing diligence and care. i appreciate that there were many free loungers available at 10 am.
i noticed dust under the pull-out couch and beds within the room. there was also thick dust on the sill over the sinks in the bathroom. the grouting around the base of the toilet was badly stained.

our double room felt spacious and clean, it was well maintained by housekeeping staff. fresh towels arrived daily and the room cleaning often occurred before we returned from breakfast. the bathroom was generously sized and well-appointed.

Amazing Hotel Stay!

I loved the hotel is excellent location, with fabulous beachside restaurants just a 10-15 minute walk away. The heated pool was a big plus on the cloudy days. I found the rooms were spacious and breakfast had a great selection. All in all, I felt that the facilities were top notch!
Balconies offered limited privacy because neighbors are separated by a simple wooden grill.

I was pleased with the breakfast. A wide variety of choices were available to suit many tastes. The themed nights in the restaurant presented diverse culinary experiences, especially the Asian night with unique flavors. Desserts for the Halloween theme had effort with decor.

I found the staff friendly, happy, and helpful throughout the hotel. They provided wonderful service in every area. Reception staff was lovely and always available and helpful with questions or concerns. Animation team was friendly and did several activities.

The room was spacious. it included big bathrooms with a great shower. I appreciated fresh towels daily and cleanliness was obvious. Air conditioning was efficient so it needed a blanket to keep warm. Beds were comfortable after all.

the pool area was not properly washed down, and i noticed small tables were not cleaned. i also heard everything through the thin walls of my room, including the flushing toilets on each level. room 175 was not relaxing at all.
