clean room spacious room friendly staff nice food
the beautiful one-bedroom apartment all-inclusive was fantastic. the room was clean and spacious. it was also well-equipped. outdoor pools were clean and quite big. i found plenty of sun loungers around the pool. the staff were friendly and helpful. all of the food was very nice. i appreciated the themed nights.
i noticed some wear in the room. it was just a minor detail.

broken equipment slow service
The gym was a letdown. Some equipment was out of order. this limited my workout options considerably. also, the poolside service could be much faster. Sometimes, waiting for a drink took a while.

Absolutely Loved the Entertainment!
amazing service intense game family favorite
Dayana and Joa, along with the whole entertainment team, gave us amazing service. I even played a very intense game of table tennis! The Opera Night in Piccadilly was a family favorite. The vibes during the activities were fantastic.
Alternative milk options were not available. the waiters are helpful.

The hotel features seven restaurants with international cuisine and offers convenient hotel transfers to those locations. There is also a beautiful walking path that leads directly to the beach and the hotel location is perfect, situated between the old town and the new town.

Staff members worked hard to ensure a nice holiday. The barman Sumaila makes great drinks. Yoandry, Dayana and Ray are a credit to the hotel. They get you up on your feet and actively enjoying the experience during activities.

the entertainment team included yoandry, dayana, and rey. i enjoyed the daytime activities. i played games by the pool, attended kids' craft sessions, and saw a magic show. the staff seemed enthusiastic about.
the hotel bar was small and drinks felt limited.

sister hotels helpful staff free safe
The hotel provided access to other MGM facilities, so we used sister hotels closer to the beach. The staff were always helpful and attentive to our needs. I appreciated the free safe in the room. It added to the security of our belongings.
The food quality at the buffet was inconsistent and repetitive. I noticed a lack of variety, particularly for children.

The all-inclusive dining included a BBQ near the pool for lunch. I observed the outdoor BBQ area was open for limited hours. A sandwich shop named Monica's offered additional options, though these options were quite limited.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They assisted with taxis and other requests. I noticed Carlos at reception was very helpful and explained the hotel features. There were staff always served with a smile in the restaurant!

The indoor spa was a strong feature, complete with a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room. I noticed that the outdoor pool was clean. The entertainment area seemed small! unless you arrived early.
