I found all areas immaculate. Rooms, corridors, the pool, bar, and restaurant were VERY clean. Staff offered excellent customer service. The spa area is classy. I enjoyed the massages. The gardens are manicured. The gym has equipment I needed.

The suites are large and super clean. The kitchen had enough facilities to prepare meals. I saw an amazing view across the gardens. There are two separate sinks in the bathroom, convenient.

Food was cooked to perfection. Waiting staff did everything with a smile. They were attentive. The buffet breakfast was really good. It offered something for all tastes. There was plenty of room to cater for all guests.

The breakfast buffet included fresh fruit. It also had a good selection of cheese. The gym included several machines. It had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The outdoor bar was convenient for a quick lunch. Good service was present there.

the breakfast buffet presented various options. i noticed the staff were helpful and cute. the pool area offered plenty of space. the team kept both the rooms and common areas super clean.

The breakfast was really excellent. It had a wide range of fresh tropical fruit and freshly baked cakes. Every day started perfectly with breakfast by the pool and the staff were attentive EACH morning.
the tv in the room was not a smart tv so i had NO access to the internet for channels like netflix. the setup is trying to get you to buy programmes and films. most of the channels weren't working either.

The staff was warm and cute. They ensured my stay was as good as possible. The suite was spacious and comfortable with furnishings to a very HIGH standard. The hotel maintained immaculate conditions in all areas including rooms, corridors, the pool, bar, and restaurant.

The hotel is situated near numerous bars and restaurants. Ubers arrive quickly. A 20-minute walk takes you to the beach, with a bridge and salt marshes. It is VERY excellent.

The staff provided excellent customer service. Reception staff were very cute. They were helpful throughout my stay. The bartenders were professional and friendly, so the service was excellent.

Breakfast included fresh fruit, yogurt, breads, croissants, cheese, meats, and cereals. There was a great selection of hot breakfast items. The breakfast staff were amazing, EVERYTHING was done with a smile
