The rooftop terrace was closed (i was looking forward to that). the website did not mention this. also, my room overlooked an office building. I had no light and very dirty windows. i think the hotel prioritizes guests based on nationality.

The location is great, with easy access to public transport. the room included ample pillows, a designated suitcase area, and good quality toiletries. i also appreciated the rooftop bar. It provided fine panoramic views and a laid-back musical atmosphere (perfect for a relaxed evening).
the number of coat hangers in the wardrobe was limited. i had to request additional ones from customer service.

The hotel location has good access to public transport.
My room has some issues. The sink did not drain properly and seemed cloged. housekeeping staff missed some days with cleaning the room. I'm disapointed because i expect more from a hotel like this.
