the shower was great, its rainfall feature very tender. the gym had six weightlifting machines and cardio devices to fill any need. the lobby has easy access to food and drink, i liked that very much.
my status wasnt really acknowledged, i found this a bit sad.

A Lovely Retreat in the City

The location was wonderful, really in the center of it all, near the shopping area. I was able to walk everywhere. the room décor was very nice and created a peaceful atmosphere. the king bed was amazing. I slept so soundly. the breakfast was delicious, too. I found many tasty options.
the climate control did not really cool the room as much as i needed, and it was somewhat warm.

The staff was nice and very helpful. They quickly addressed my questions, and i seemed like they really cared about my experience. i appreciated their willingness to help me with directions and suggestions for nearby sights.

The hotel has excellent access to transport. I found it easy to reach other parts of the area. i liked how close it was to many restaurants. I really appreciated the many options for dinner, with cuisines for all tastes.

The room had a grand beautiful king room. it included two separate sinks, and a rainfall shower! the breakfast was diverse. The omelette station stood out.
the climate control did little to cool the room.

Acceptable stay with some letdowns
missing turndown serviceineffective climate control
I stayed in a Grand Beautiful King Room for 3 nights, but the promised turndown service never was. So much for the little chocolates I was anticipating. the climate control in the room seemed to have its own agenda because it never cooled the room to a comfortable temperature. I did requested an extra blanket, but that seemed like a temporary solution.
