i found the staff to be very kind and helpful . i particularly appreciated grace, who patiently helped me find a bus to europa park. the location was fantastic as it is right across from the train station. i slept well as the beds were super comfortable and the room remained quiet (a great bonus!).

The location was very convenient. It was right across from the train station. The breakfast was basic , but fresh and tasty. It included cheese , cereals , sausages and fruits.

The room did not have a refrigerator. There was also no kettle. I really like to have a kettle for hot water. The whole experience gave me the perception that the hotel management is trying to save electricity to maximize profits.

my check-in experience was super smooth and fast. the front desk staff were awesome, and they let me try out my french. the room was really clean and comfy, and i enjoyed a yummy breakfast with tons of choices.

the parking situation was kinda annoying. i thought i booked parking right at the hotel, but it ended up being a bit of a drive and walk away. it was a bummer after a long trip when i wanted close parking.
