Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was truly memorable. The rooms were very comfortable, especially with the attractive old-world character in the foyer and restaurant areas. The Zai skis are a must-try and arguably the best in the world. However, the location, though stunning in the Swiss Alps, had its discomforts that would make me think twice about returning.
The hotel offers great views of the mountains and is perfect for skiing enthusiasts or those seeking an active summer vacation. The rooms, although nice, were a bit small especially with an extra bed. The absence of tea making facilities was a downside. Service was exceptional, with attentive and engaging staff who made our stay exceptional. The location is top-notch, with beautiful saunas and a peaceful outdoor water feature. The dining experience was outstanding with a wide variety to suit all tastes. Nowhere to place or dry ski gear was a minor inconvenience.
My stay at the Grand Hotel Kempinski was truly exceptional. The rooms were wonderful, meeting the standards of a 5-star hotel, although the temperature was a bit inconsistent between areas. The service was top-notch, particularly thanks to the outstanding professionalism and kindness of Bojan, Mario, and Jure. The location provided stunning views of the mountains and easy access to all the attractions in St Moritz. The dining experience was overall good with a nice variety of options. The facilities were well-maintained and enhanced my overall stay.
